Straw is a raw material found in Pharaoh.

Straw is a byproduct of grain farms. 100 straw is harvested at every harvest season, regardless of how much grain is grown. Depending on the mission, straw may also be imported at a very cheap price.
Together with Clay, straw is used to make Bricks at Brickworks. 25 units of straw (along with 100 units of clay) are required for every 100 units of bricks. Bricks are used for monument construction, and are a good export option.
Straw is also used to feed cattle at cattle ranches, and to feed zoo animals at zoos.
